Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) Ruff Neon & Lighting Maintenance Inc., on or about June 19th, 2020, at the location of 905 Lorain Blvd., Elyria, OH, 44035: Employees were installing metal roof panels while exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 to 20 feet without the benefit of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(c): The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: a) Ruff Neon & Lighting Maintenance Inc., on or about June 19th, 2020, at the location of 905 Lorain Blvd., Elyria, OH, 44035: Employees were installing metal roof panels while exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 to 20 feet were not retrained when changes in types of fall protection systems or equipment to be used rendered the previous training obsolete.
