29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B): An unqualified person working on ground level in the vicinity of overhead lines brought a conductive object closer to unguarded, energized overhead lines than the distances given in 29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(A): a) At the worksite, an unqualified employee working on ground level brought an aluminum range pole with an R-10 GPS device attached to the top within 10-feet of overhead, 7200-volt power lines, exposing the employee to electrocution hazards.
