29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a) TBC Mfg, Inc. dba Tube Bending Concepts, 6140 Champlin Drive, PO Box 356, Fountain CO 80817:  On or about June 19, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to point of operation hazards while using the MSC Manual Mill.  (b) TBC Mfg, Inc. dba Tube Bending Concepts, 6140 Champlin Drive, PO Box 356, Fountain CO 80817:  On or about June 19, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to point of operation hazards while using the Vectrax Manual Mill.  (c) TBC Mfg, Inc. dba Tube Bending Concepts, 6140 Champlin Drive, PO Box 356, Fountain CO 80817:  On or about June 19, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to point of operation hazards while using the Bridgeport Manual Mill.  Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
