29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.   a) Family Dollar Store #8645, Stock Room: Employees were exposed to a tripping hazard while working in the stock room. The stock room had an accumulation of merchandise and other materials on the floor including, but not limited to, cardboard boxes, soda cans, bottles of liquid soap, and U-boats. Accumulations existed throughout the area, on or about June 24, 2020.

A damaged electrical cord with exposed copper wiring was plugged into an electrical strip/surge protector. On or about June 24, 2020.
