29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. a.) On or about June 4, 2020 at the US 41 medium between Venice and North Port, FL borderlines, an employee a work related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on June 5, 2020 at around 7:00 P.M. The employer notified OSHA on June 9, 2020, at 9:15 A.M. of the hospitalization.
