29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a) New residential construction located on Lot #5 at 230 Jennah Walk, Union City, GA 30291, Roof: On or about 06/24/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 19-feet, 8-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities.

29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1): The employer did not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and limitations applicable to the operation of all hoists and elevators.                                                                   a) New residential construction located on Lot #5 located at 230 Jennah Walk, Union City, GA 30291, Front side: On or about 06/24/2020, and at times prior, the employer allowed employees to use the material hoist as a ladder to access the roof exposing them to fall hazards of approximately 3 to 4-feet, in that the manufacturer states in the general safety instructions not to climb the TP250 Series hoist or use as a personnel ladder.
