29 CFR 1926.757(e)(2): Construction loads were placed on steel joists before all bridging was installed and anchored and all joist bearing ends were attached. The employer did not ensure that bridging was installed on steel joists onto which construction loads, including bundles of steel decking, had been placed. Instance A: On June 3 and June 9, 2020, decking bundles were supported by unbridged steel joists at the northwest side of the building. Instance B: On June 3, 2020, decking bundles were supported by unbridged steel joists at the southeast side of the building. Instance C: On June 3, 2020, decking bundles were supported by unbridged steel joists at the west side of the building.
