On or about June 13, 2020, the owner, trimming a tree over single story residence with a chainsaw from within the bucket of an aerial lift, without the use of eye and face protection, exposed to eye and face hazards from flying woodchips and debris. b. On or about June 13, 2020, an employee standing on the roof peak under the tree limb being cut by the owner to catch limb without the use of any eye or face protection, exposed to eye and face hazards from flying woodchips and debris from the tree trimming operation.
