29 CFR 1910.178(f)(1): The storage and handling of liquid fuels such as gasoline and diesel fuel shall be in accordance with NFPA Flammable and Combustible Liquids Code (NFPA No. 30-2012), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. On or about 1/28/2020 near the front exit of the construction site, workers of all trades were exposed to fire hazards: a. where the 250 gallon off road Diesel tank was not protected against vehicular contact form traffic including but not limited to forklifts, bulldozers, personal vehicles and miscellaneous construction material hauling vehicles while passing by, b. where the 200 gallon Gasoline tank was not protected against vehicular contact form traffic including but not limited to forklifts, bulldozers, personal vehicles and miscellaneous construction material hauling vehicles while passing by. No abatement required
