29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: At a manufacturing that welded stainless steel tubing, located at 3504 Industrial 27th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 34946: On or about 05/22/2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard while working with a shear (i.e. Hydraulic Sheer Machine Model: HS-12-1/2-3-4 Serial # 63557) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.
