29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a. B-Line Express Courier, Inc. DBA B-Line Express (B-Line) at 10550 E 54th Ave, Unit A Denver, CO 80239: On and around June 25, 2020, the employer did not ensure that employees were initially provided Hazard Communication training before being potentially exposed to or working with hazardous chemicals. The training did not include but not limited to the physical and health hazard of chemicals in the work areas, measures that employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards, operations in work areas where hazardous chemicals are present, and the location and availability of the written Hazard Communication program and safety data sheets. This condition potentially exposed employees to chemical hazards.
