29 CFR 1910.145(c)(3): Safety instruction signs. Safety instruction signs shall be used where there is a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measures. On or about June 18, 2020, employees working in the south plant near the plow station were exposed to burn hazards from a steam pipe approximately four feet off the ground without being providing applicable signage warning of the hazard along with instructions on the precautions to take.
