29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) On or about June 23, 2020, employees were exposed to potential health hazards, including but not limited to tissue damage and/or lung injury, where the employees were working with and around various cleaning products which contain hazardous chemicals, which include but are not limited to, dipropylene glycol n-butyl ether and citric acid, without the benefit of any hazardous communication program being provided to include training or the availability of the chemical safety data sheets (SDS). CK Investments, Inc., dba LaFun Hotel, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1457086, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 24, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 123 Manitou Ave., Manitou Springs, CO.
