29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(C): Employees whose work operations were in an area where energy control procedures were utilized were not instructed about the prohibition relating to attempts to restart or reenergize machines or equipment. a) Production Area: On or about June 29, 2020, an employee was exposed to electrical and struck-by hazards, in that affected employees were not instructed on lock-out/tag-out procedures and the prohibition to restarting or re-energize equipment, such as but not limited to the Minster Stamper Press and two Schaal 80 Ton Stamper Presses that have been locked out or tagged out.
