29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. a) Jobsite - The employer did not ensure that a safe means of traversing a school bus parking lot was provided to the employees to avoid struck-by hazards. An employee suffered severe injuries after being struck by another moving school bus when walking across the parking lot. Observed on or about 18 MAR 2020.
