(RCI) employees and Ulrich Process Piping contractors to pressure blast, fragmentation (struck by), and ammonia hazards.   Note: For requirements regarding the process safety management of highly hazardous chemicals as it pertains to construction work per 29 CFR 1926.64, follow the requirements in 29 CFR 1910.119.
