29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(i): The contract employer did not assure that each contract employee was trained in the work practices necessary to safely perform his/her job:  a) Ulrich Process Piping, LLC, 1302 1st Ave, Greeley, CO 80631: On and before June 22, 2020, the creating, correcting and exposing contract employer did not assure that each contract employee was trained in the work practices necessary to safely work on or near new 12-inch-diameter chilled water piping, located within close proximity to anhydrous ammonia piping (e.g. within 11 feet of 1.5 inch-diameter anhydrous ammonia piping), was left pressurized and unprotected, exposing two employees to pressure blast, fragmentation (struck by), and ammonia hazards.  Note: For requirements regarding the process safety management of highly hazardous chemicals as it pertains to construction work per 29 CFR 1926.64, follow the requirements in 29 CFR 1910.119.
