29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): A) Building 5, on or about June 30, 2020, employees were working on a roof removing shingles and felt paper without any type of fall protection equipment or using any other fall prevention method allowed by the standard, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet. Repeat justification stricken due to management change and restructuring of organization between 2016 and 2020 - Nothing Further (RWS/C7599) Chandler Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926. 501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1152480, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 5, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1208 Merchants Way, Statesboro, GA.
