Employees on working platforms shall be protected by a personal fall arrest system meeting the requirements of 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, and as otherwise provided by this standard: At 4420 Woodfield Blvd., Boca Raton, Florida 33433: On or about July 1, 2020, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 10 feet to ground level; in that, an employee was performing work from the basket of a Pole Cat aerial lift and was not using a personal fall arrest system.
