29 CFR 1926.501(b)(3): Each employee in a hoist area was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems: a) John's Street Complex, 102 East John Street, Milford, PA, 18337 - Two employees working from a flat commercial building roof, approximately 14 feet high, were not protected in a hoist area from falling 6 feet (1.8m) or more above to lower levels by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems when attempting to lower a 235lb. roof cutter from the roof, on or about June 30, 2020. ABATEMENT CERTICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
