The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated: a) At 1 Joy Davis Circle, Daphne Middle School, Daphne, Alabama: On or about July 2, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate an aerial lift on site to get on and off the roof top without using fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 20 feet to the ground below.

Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) At 1 Joy Davis Circle, Daphne Middle School, Daphne, Alabama: On or about July 2, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roof decking activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 15 feet 6 inches to the ground below.
