Powered industrial truck operators did not receive initial training in accordance with paragraph (l) of this section: At the jobsite located at 16704 Century in Overland Park, Kansas; employees engaged in framing and forklift operation activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that forklift operators were not provided training to operate the Ti Track International forklift, model 60362.
