29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. (a) At the construction site, on or about April 27, 2020, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazards, in that, employees were not trained on hazards associated to the use of a 3-tier mobile scaffold for concrete pumping of a 16-foot high block wall.
