The employer required a physician to wear an N95 filtering facepiece respirator when providing treatment and care to patients including those under investigation and/or confirmed as COVID-19 positive. However, the employer did not provide this employee with a medical evaluation to ensure the employee was capable of safety wearing a respirator such as an N95. Violation occurred on or about 3/30/2020.
