29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    (a) Slaughter Roofing Company at 3018 68th Ave, Greeley, CO: On and around July 2, 2020, the controlling employer did not initiate a program that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to falls height up to approximately 18 feet on a residential roof.     Slaughter Roofing was previously cited for a violation of the same or substantially similar condition of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1297857, Citation 1 Item 1 issued on March 30, 2018 and became Final Order on April 24, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at 901 through 906 Lucca Drive, Evans, CO 80620.
