29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows:  a.  East side of the commercial construction site:  On or about July 8, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing masonry work without it being fully planked.  b.  West side of the commercial construction site:  On or about July 8, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing masonry work without it being fully planked.
