Roll form department - Employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while working with a bench grinder (i.e. Jet Equipment & Tools, Model JBG-69, Serial #05020666) which lacked a work rest on left side and right side had it placed at 1-1/2" from wheel periphery.

Roll form department - Employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while working with a bench grinder (i.e. Jet Equipment & Tools, Model JBG-69, Serial #05020666) which had tongue guards placed at 1-1/2" from wheel on both sides.
