29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: At work site located on Brink Myers Rd in Parkville, MO -- a) Two employees were in a Genie S-60 aerial lift did not have a safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground. This was documented on or about 07/08/2020. b)One employee in a Genie S-40 aerial lift, did not have a safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket while transporting the lift to another location on the jobsite. Employee were exposed to fall hazards. This was documented on or about 07/08/2020.
