29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: (a) Commercial Structure, Delta Wing, Exterior South Wall: On or about July 9, 2020, employees were standing on a scaffold performing masonry work. The scaffold was located above three uncapped pieces of steel rebar, exposing employees to an impalement hazard.
