29 CFR 1910.213(h)(5): The direction of the saw rotation was not conspicuously marked on the hood and a permanent label, measuring not less than 1.5 inches by 0.75 inches, was not affixed to the rear of the guard, approximately at the same level of the arbor, reading: "Danger: Do Not Rip or Plough From This End": (a) On or about July 08, 2020 - Truss department, the Speed Saw did not have the correct labels/markings as required by OSHA standards. There was no marking indicating the direction of saw rotation. The Ripping/Ploughing warning label was not worded as required by OSHA and not located as required by OSHA.
