29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(ii): The employer's hazard communication program did not include methods the employer will use to inform the other employer(s) of any precautionary measures that need to be taken to protect employees during the workplace's normal operations and in foreseeable emergencies: Contracted employees were exposed to chemical hazards. Employees of Reddi Services, Inc. cleaning lime pebble and granular quicklime at the L.G. Everist 's lime pit, located at 8440 Gibbs Rd. Kansas City, KS, were exposed to inhalation and dermal hazards. L.G. Everist, Inc. did not communicate or provide the cleaning contractor, Reddi Services, with chemical hazard information or access to safety data sheets for the lime pebble and granular quicklime.
