Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms of scaffold thereby exposing worker engaged in siding activities to an approximate 20 ft fall hazard.  Violation occurred on or about 06/29/2020  2. Employees installing siding from a pump jack scaffold, were exposed to falls of approximately 20 feet above ground level due to employees not utilizing proper fall arrest system as the workers lanyard were attached to scaffold components.    Violation occurred on or about 06/29/2020
