Stevens St., Rhinelander job site, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while setting wood columns using a Skytrak 6042 telehandler that was not equipped with an approved attachment for handling suspended loads and when the operator had not been trained in the proper selection and use of approved attachments for the machine.
