29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) On or about May 4, 2020 at 1785 Bunche Street, Melbourne FL, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on May 4, 2020 at or around 12:30 P.M. The employer notified OSHA on May 7, 2020 2:00 P.M. of the work-related hospitalization.
