Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c). b) Warehouse - Interior,South Row 41- Hi Lo Order Picker- (Serial Number) EAS -01- AL29648 - An employee was exposed to fall hazards through an inadequate fall arrest system that did not have a form of deceleration, on or about March 2, 2020.
