29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  (a) On or about July 13, 2020, the exposing employer, Ramon Arnoldo Cano, did not ensure his employee, who was installing drip edge on a two-story residential roof, was protected from exposure to fall hazards of eight feet and greater.   Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head:  (a)  On or about July 13, 2020, and at times prior, employer did not ensure that an employee was properly using his personal fall arrest systems in that the employee was not tied-off from his harness' D-ring but instead from a ring of the harness located on his left front side.
