29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1):The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment:  WORKSITE:THE CHILDREN'S CENTER OF HAMDEN, INC., 1400 WHITNEY AVENUE, HAMDEN, CT  On or about May 3, 2020, and continuing thereafter, the employer had not trained all the employees working at The Children's Center of Hamden, Inc. on personal protective equipment (PPE), such as but not limited to gloves, safety glasses and surgical masks, required for protection against exposure to SARS-CoV-2and to the chemicals used to clean and disinfect .   ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard or hazardous chemical was introduced into their work area:  WORKSITE:THE CHILDREN'S CENTER OF HAMDEN, INC., 1400 WHITNEY AVENUE, HAMDEN, CT  On or about May 3, 2020, and continuing thereafter, the employer failed to provide training and information in the hazard communication program to all employees who were required to work with chemicals, such as (but not limited to) chemicals consisted of Avistat-D.   ABATED DURING THE INSPECTION.
