Gay St., Warrensburg, Missouri- Employee was observed working and walking on a steep roof and was not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   Worksite located at 101 E. Gay St., Warrensburg, Missouri- Employee was exposed to a fall hazard in that the ladder being used to access the roof was not raised at least 3 feet above that landing surface.
