29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1): An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: a. Press Room On or about July 15, 2020, the employer failed to provide fire extinguisher trained to all employees utilizing the company fire extinguisher, to ensure that the employees understood the hazards associated with firefighting and the means necessary to minimize or eliminate these hazards.
