29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: a) Northwest corner of building: On or about July 8, 2020 and at times prior thereto the competent person failed to recognize that no scaffold bracing was in place on a 26 foot high scaffold system. A green serviceable tag for the scaffold had been signed off. Employees performed masonry activities from the 26 foot high scaffold system. Note) Corrected during inspection.
