On or about 07/15/2020 at the 1559 King Street Re-Roofing Project, the warning line system had several areas where the warning line sagged below the 34 inch minimum allowance.

29 CFR 1926.502(f)(4): Mechanical Equipment on roofs were used and stored in areas where employees were not protected by a warning line system, guardrail system, or personal fall arrest system:    On or about 07/15/2020 at the 1559 King Street Re-Roofing Project, the employees including the foreman were using chariots, wheel burrows, and 4 wheel carts at the debris removal area and no fall protection system was in use.
