29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Residential construction; Exterior wall; Building 3: On or about 7/16/2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of over 25 feet from the JLG aerial boom lift, in that a personal fall arrest system was not provided to employees while conducting masonry touch up work.
