29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a. I-16 & I-75 Bridge Interchange, Macon, Georgia 31203 (Bridge Construction) - An Employee was exposed to fall hazard -The employer did not instruct an employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate hazardous conditions associated with the various types of fall hazards such as but not limited too, employees unhooking their personal fall arrest system from the anchorage point when working more than 6ft above ground level, on or about July 14, 2020.
