29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   (a)  On or about 07/20/2020, employees tasked with tearing off and and installing asphalt roofing materials on a residential property located at the Carriage House Apartments, 810 Windy Hill Road (Apt. #4) were not protected from a fall hazard by conventional fall protection and/or devices. Employees were exposed to fall hazard from heights of 19-feet, 6-inches from eave height to the ground level.  (b) On or about 07/20/2020, employees tasked with tearing off and and installing asphalt roofing materials on a residential property located at the Carriage House Apartments, 810 Windy Hill Road (Apt. #5) were not protected from a fall hazard by conventional fall protection and/or devices. Employees were exposed to fall hazard from heights of 16-feet, 3-inches from eave height to the ground level.  (c) On or about 07/20/2020, employees tasked with tearing off and and installing asphalt roofing materials on a residential property located at the Carriage House Apartments, 810 Windy Hill Road (Apt. #9) were not protected from a fall hazard by conventional fall protection and/or devices. Employees were exposed to fall hazard from heights of 17-feet, 4-inches from eave height to the ground level.  (d) On or about 07/20/2020, employees tasked with tearing off and and installing asphalt roofing materials on a residential property located at the Carriage House Apartments, 810 Windy Hill Road (Apt. #15) were not protected from a fall hazard by conventional fall protection and/or devices. Employees were exposed to fall hazard from heights of 16-feet, 3-inches from eave height to the ground level.  (e) On or about 07/20/2020, employees tasked with tearing off and and installing asphalt roofing materials on a residential property located at the Carriage House Apartments, 810 Windy Hill Road (Apt. #32) were not protected from a fall hazard by conventional fall protection and/or devices. Employees were exposed to fall hazard from heights of 19-feet, 6-inches from eave height to the ground level.
