Employees were exposed to fall hazard from heights of 19-feet, 6-inches from eave height to the ground level.  (b) On or about 07/20/2020, employees tasked with tearing off and and installing asphalt roofing materials on a residential property located at the Carriage House Apartments, 810 Windy Hill Road (Apt. #5) were not protected from a fall hazard by conventional fall protection and/or devices. Employees were exposed to fall hazard from heights of 16-feet, 3-inches from eave height to the ground level.  (c) On or about 07/20/2020, employees tasked with tearing off and and installing asphalt roofing materials on a residential property located at the Carriage House Apartments, 810 Windy Hill Road (Apt. #9) were not protected from a fall hazard by conventional fall protection and/or devices. Employees were exposed to fall hazard from heights of 17-feet, 4-inches from eave height to the ground level.  (d) On or about 07/20/2020, employees tasked with tearing off and and installing asphalt roofing materials on a residential property located at the Carriage House Apartments, 810 Windy Hill Road (Apt. #15) were not protected from a fall hazard by conventional fall protection and/or devices. Employees were exposed to fall hazard from heights of 16-feet, 3-inches from eave height to the ground level.  (e) On or about 07/20/2020, employees tasked with tearing off and and installing asphalt roofing materials on a residential property located at the Carriage House Apartments, 810 Windy Hill Road (Apt. #32) were not protected from a fall hazard by conventional fall protection and/or devices. Employees were exposed to fall hazard from heights of 19-feet, 6-inches from eave height to the ground level.
