29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: a) On or about July 20, 2020, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling, approximately 12 feet to the ground, while performing painting work from a tubular welded frame scaffold platform that was not fully planked. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
