29 CFR 1926.100(a):   Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   A) Exterior on the ground and using ladder: Employees were exposed to head injuries while working below other employees that were conducting roofing work above. The employees were not protected by a hard hat or protective helmet, on or about July 21st, 2020.   NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.

A) Exterior, On the roof: Employees were exposed to eye/face injuries while using pneumatic nail guns and were not protected with any type of eye/face protection, on or about July 21st, 2020.
