29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment:    a) Service department: On or about July 22, 2020 and at times prior thereto employees were exposed to fall hazards from varying heights when performing repair, maintenance and servicing activities while on the top of recreational travel trailers parked in the service department bays. The employer did not assess the fall hazards in the workplace, and did not require employees to use personal fall protection as needed.      Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
