29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: On or about July 22, 2020 employees working from a metal frame scaffold were not protected by a complete guardrail installed along all open sides and ends, exposing employees to a fall hazard of 21 feet. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
