29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary to enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways, and the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: Building 8 New Apartments Construction Site. On or about June 22, 2020, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while using a job made ladder without being provided training on ladder safety.
