Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: (a) 2620 Center Drive, Hudson, WI; Two employees performing work from an unprotected low-slope roof greater than 6 feet above ground level were not utilizing adequate fall protection.
